Basketball Connect Instructions

All Team Registrations, Player Registrations and Participant Registrations are completed using the Basketball Connect Platform.

The Basketball Connect App is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Membership Information

Auto-Renewal - All membership expiring after December 2025 are set by default to auto-renew upon expiry. Members will receive multiple emails when their expiry is approaching informing them of their auto renewal.

To opt out of auto renewal:

1. Open the Basketball Connect App & Log In

2. Tap More in the bottom right.

3. Go to My Profile - parents may need to switch profile at the top to adjust their child's membership.

4. Go to My Membership.

5. Scroll to the right on your membership and tap the 3 dots under action - then Opt Out of Auto-renewal.

Pause & Play

Participants who purchase their membership through Basketball Connect will now have the power to temporarily pause their membership directly from their phone.

1. Open the Basketball Connect App and Log In.

2. Tap More in the bottom right.

3. Go to My Profile - parents may need to switch profile at the top to pause their child's membership.

4. Go to My Membership.

5. Scroll to the right on your membership and then tap the 3 dots under action, then Request Pause.

6. Answer the relevant questions and hit submit.

7. You can pause for up to 2 weeks on a 6 month membership and 4 weeks on a 12 month membership.
